The charge for labor services is based upon the time it takes to complete the project and is available in 15 minute increments. If you're looking for an estimate see our Estimates Page. The labor charge is broken down into two options, Option 1) Labor Only and Option 2) Labor Plus Machinery.
The "Labor Only" option will include using hand tools for things like pulling weeds from flower beds, planting bulbs, digging holes, spreading mulch, reseeding, sweeping the curb, picking up trash and really any project where you need an extra set of hands.
The "Labor Plus Machinery" option will include any project that requires using gas/battery operated machinery. This includes things like leaf pick/bagging, aerating, dethatching, trimming bushes, mowing tall grass, clearing heavy brush, cutting vines from fences, pressure washing driveway/sidwalk, cutting branches & logs, etc...
Please note that these services do not include the cost to purchase materials that may be needed for the project, such as mulch, soil, etc... However if you purchase the materials and need them picked up, I can do so at the labor charge.
Payment: If you like you can either pre-pay, partial pay or post-pay after the work is done. Pre-pay and partial-pay orders take priority.
FYI - We spend most of our time mowing typical yards. We only charge about $80 per man-hour to do so. Any project that requires more effort than riding on a mower will have a higher charge. That just makes good business sense. 😊
