Mowing vacant properties will require more time and effort to service. This is because the grass is typically longer than normal which can create hidden hazards that can damage our equipment.

Since our normal business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, any service requested on a weekend or holiday would be classified as an emergency service. Pricing for this service can be found on our "Labor Service Page". The turnaround time for starting emergency service is typically within 24 hours after payment is made if the weather permits.
