One of the top concerns I hear from new customers is finding someone reliable for lawn care. That means someone that will consistently show up all season long when expected. Scheduling lawn service is normally a challenge because most lawn care companies don't consider their capacity before accepting new customers.
I personally keep my reliability rating high by only taking on new customers if I have the capacity to do so. This gives me plenty of time to provide quality service for your yard and enough flexibility to make adjustments for additional services, bad weather days, responding to questions, emergency request, my Neighbors-In-Need Program and a little rest:). I live in Fort Washington so my preference is to have customers as close to home as possible to minimize travel time and maximize availability.
Our Service Policy: We want you to be happy with our service and our price. We don’t offer anything fancy just your basic lawn cutting service. There are no long term obligations or contracts. If you’re not completely satisfied we have a money back guarantee. If we miss a scheduled service, you'll get an additional service for free. So as not to damage vinyl fencing, siding and house cables we do not trim near them with our equipment.
